Accessibility

This site is built to WCAG 2.2 level AA. Here is what that means in practice, what we tested, what is still short, and how to tell us.

What is built in

Every control is at least 44 pixels tall and shows a visible focus ring. Everything works with a keyboard alone, including the command palette (press Control K or Command K, then use the arrow keys and Escape) and the working models' sliders and switches.

Text sits on black at a contrast of 4.5 to 1 or better. Nothing is carried by colour alone: every status carries its word, and every chart or model has its numbers in text.

Animation is switched off when your system asks for reduced motion. There is a skip link at the top of every page that takes you straight to the content.

What we tested

Every page is checked with an automated accessibility audit against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at levels A and AA on each build, and by keyboard by hand. The last full pass was on the date at the top of this page and found no violations.

What is still short

Other SystemX properties that open inside this site in a frame are tested separately, on their own pages. If one of them falls short, tell us and we will pass it on and fix it there.

Spanish is not available on this site yet.

When something is wrong

Write to access@systemxtechnologies.com with the page and what happened. We reply within five working days and fix what we can in the next release.
