Each photo is captured for a field, so it stays attached to the finding it proves. The circle is a mark over the image; the image itself is never changed.

A photo is not evidence until it is attached to something.

In XCam a photo belongs to a field on the checklist.

  • Captured for a field: the damage photo sits under Damage photo.
  • Time and place on every capture.
  • Annotation is a drawing over the image. The original is always there.

Nothing completes until the evidence is there.

Your company marks the items that matter as required.

  • The banner counts what is missing.
  • A required photo counts only when a photo has been captured for that field.
  • A No is an answer. An empty field is not.

The report is built from the inspection, not typed after it.

Complete the inspection and generate the report.

  • Full report, photo log or summary.
  • Every report you generate is kept until you delete it.
  • Nothing the assistant writes is saved until the inspector accepts it.

The customer gets a link, not an attachment.
