Privacy
This is what SystemX Technologies collects on this site, why, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it.
What we collect, and why
When you join a waitlist we keep your email, trade and town, and which product you asked about. We use them to send one message when the price lands.
When you request private access as an investor we keep your name, firm, email, phone and anything you write in the note. We use them to reply and arrange a briefing.
When you use a working model, the numbers you set live only in your browser's address bar. We do not store them. If you copy the link, the numbers travel with the link and nowhere else.
How we measure visits
We use Plausible, which counts page views and outbound clicks without cookies and without a personal record. We can see which pages are read and which links are followed. We cannot see who you are, and we do not try to.
There is no advertising on this site and no advertising tracker. No cookie banner is needed because no tracking cookie is set.
Who else sees it
The services that host this site and store the forms process the data on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to target you elsewhere.
Parts of this site open other SystemX properties inside a frame. When you open one, that property's own privacy notice applies to what you do inside it.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are deleted ninety days after the product they relate to goes on sale, or when you ask.
Investor access requests are kept for one year, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Write to privacy@systemxtechnologies.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. You will get a reply from a person, within ten working days.
If you gave us a phone number, we call or text only about the request you made. We do not send marketing texts, and we never text without your permission.
This site is not directed at children under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects how we use what we already hold, we tell you first.
