Terms

The terms for using this site, in plain words.

This site

The content on this site is provided as is. Counts and dates are stated as accurately as we can make them, and the proof page says how each was made. Where something is designed and not yet built, the page says so.

The working models use demo figures, labelled as such. They show the rules the engine runs; they are not advice about your business, and the numbers you put in are not a quote.

Websites

The Website Design Center shows website packages with planning prices. A configuration you build there stays in your browser; nothing is saved, ordered, published or billed on this site today.

Waitlists and requests

Joining a waitlist is not an order and creates no obligation on either side. When a price is published you decide whether to buy.

Requesting private access as an investor is a request for a conversation. It is not a subscription, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Any offer is made only privately, to qualified people, in definitive documents.

Paid products

The terms for paid products are published on the store page on the day the first price is, before anyone can buy. They will include how you cancel and how you export, which are already described there.

Other sites, opened here

Some pages open other SystemX properties in a frame. Each has its own terms and its own privacy notice, which apply inside the frame. Links to sites we do not run are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

Names and marks

SystemX, the X mark and the names of the family properties are marks of SystemX Technologies. Other names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Limits

SystemX Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas. SystemX Technologies may update them; the date at the top changes when it does.
