Commission, draws and payroll
Who earned what, and what is safe to pay?
Commission is figured from the job's real margin. If the job did not earn it, the system will not pay it. Draws come out of a real credit limit and repay themselves from approved commission.
What it does for you
- Nine roles can share a commission on a plan you set, with no software change
- Ask for a draw above the limit and it is refused
- Advances sit on a ledger nobody can alter
- Negatives roll forward as tracked debt, not as a surprise
What it does not do yet
Not built
SystemX prepares gross payroll. It does not withhold, file taxes or work out net pay. That stays with your payroll provider.
Nobody gets paid on profit the job never earned, and nobody is surprised.
